About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and consultative B2B sales professional to manage and grow key accounts while building new business relationships across enterprises. This role is ideal for someone with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, strong executive presence, and the ability to engage with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Partner with Chief HR Officers, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and HR Directors to develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Identify and nurture new business prospects within organizations new to your portfolio.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by collaborating strategically with clients and internal teams.
  • Cultivate new relationships through proactive engagement within existing accounts and untapped territories.
  • Understand customer needs and work with peers to ensure customer success, focusing on sign-ups, upgrades, and renewals.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of your solutions throughout their adoption journey.
  • Conduct forecasting and detailed account planning on monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.

What You Bring:

  • Strong executive presence with a relentless pursuit of excellence and a collaborative, coachable mindset.
  • Proven track record in consultative B2B sales, with 6+ years of full quota responsibility and experience building lasting client partnerships.
  • Expertise in engaging and influencing C-Suite executives and senior leadership across industries such as government, manufacturing, and finance.
  • Specific experience selling HR technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles in highly regulated, process-driven environments.
  • Consistent history of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Advantageous: experience in the HR sector or HR consultancy, combining recruitment skills with direct B2B sales experience.
  • Adaptive and agile, able to thrive in ambiguity and execute sophisticated sales strategies.
