Team Lead Accounts Receivable German-speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Accounts Receivable team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 5 people, ensuring smooth invoicing and minimizing bad debts. You will also be responsible for analyzing and improving existing AR-related processes, implementing new operational processes and guidelines, and serving as a main stakeholder for reporting, invoicing, and payment topics.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of up to 5 people in the Accounts Receivable department
- Manage the collaboration with external collection agencies and ensure a minimum allowance for bad debts
- Analyze and improve existing AR-related processes and implement new operational processes and guidelines
- Serve as a main stakeholder for reporting, invoicing, and payment topics for internal and external parties
- Support the Accounting team in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting, with relevant experience in billing, collection, or process improvement
- Relevant leadership experience and the ability to successfully build and develop teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in written and verbal English and German
