Team Lead Accounts Receivable German-speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Accounts Receivable German-speaking to join our team at HomeToGo. As a key member of our Accounting department, you will be responsible for leading our Accounts Receivable team and ensuring the smooth operation of our billing and receivables management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our billing and receivables management processes.
- Collaborate with external collection agencies to minimize bad debts and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Analyze and improve existing AR-related processes, implementing new operational processes and guidelines as needed.
- Serve as a main stakeholder for reporting, invoicing, and payment topics, ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal and external parties.
- Support the Accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and other external partners.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting, with a focus on billing, collection, or process improvement.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully building and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced time management skills and a strong ability for self-organization.
- High proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
