Team Lead Accounts Receivable German-speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Accounts Receivable to join our team at HomeToGo. As a key member of our Accounting team, you will be responsible for managing our Accounts Receivable team and processes, ensuring smooth invoicing and minimizing bad debts.
About the Role- Lead our Accounts Receivable team of up to 5 people, providing technical and disciplinary guidance.
- Manage the collaboration with external collection agencies, ensuring a minimum allowance for bad debts.
- Analyze, review, and improve existing AR-related processes, implementing new operational processes and guidelines.
- Serve as a main stakeholder for reporting, invoicing, and payment topics for internal and external parties.
- Support the Accounting team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop your skills and knowledge in working with SAP Hana and Salesforce.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting, with relevant experience in billing, collection, or process improvement.
- Leadership experience and the ability to build and develop teams.
- Strong time management skills and self-organization.
- High proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
