Finance Team Lead

At HomeToGo, we're seeking a highly skilled Finance Team Lead - Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our Accounts Receivable Team and processes, ensuring smooth invoicing and minimizing bad debts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable Team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with external collection agencies to ensure effective debt collection and minimize bad debts.
- Analyze and improve existing AR-related processes, implementing new operational processes and guidelines as needed.
- Serve as a main stakeholder for reporting, invoicing, and payment topics, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for internal and external parties.
- Support the Accounting team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Accounting team and other departments.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting, with a focus on billing, collection, or process improvement.
- Relevant leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
