About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Team Lead to join our team at HomeToGo. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for leading our Accounts Receivable team and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and implement effective financial processes and procedures to minimize bad debts and ensure timely payment.
  • Collaborate with external collection agencies to optimize our debt collection efforts.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Support the Accounting team in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and financial operations.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced time management skills and a strong ability for self-organization.
  • High proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
