Receivables Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead for our Receivables Management team to take responsibility for managing a team of 6-8 employees and overseeing the dunning process and receivables management to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial background, several years of experience in accounting, and initial management experience in leading a team. They will also have an excellent command of German and a good command of English.
The Team Lead will be responsible for maintaining debtor accounts and the associated G/L accounts, processing and handling incoming payments, and ensuring a smooth ordering process in the ERP system. They will also participate in projects for process optimization and digitalization in the area of accounts receivable accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of a team of 6-8 employees
- Monitoring and implementation of the dunning process and receivables management
- Maintenance of debtor accounts and G/L accounts
- Processing and handling incoming payments
- Ensuring a smooth ordering process in the ERP system
- Participation in projects for process optimization and digitalization
Requirements:
- Commercial background and several years of experience in accounting
- Initial management experience in leading a team
- Excellent command of German and good command of English
- Experience with ERP systems and EDI systems
