Senior Accounts Receivable Manager German-speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German-speaking Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at HomeToGo. As a key member of our Accounting department, you will be responsible for leading our Accounts Receivable team and ensuring the smooth operation of our billing and receivables management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of their tasks and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our billing and receivables management operations.
- Collaborate with external collection agencies to ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding receivables.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on Accounts Receivable performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Support the Accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and billing.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
