Salary
The salary for this position is estimated at around €72,000 per year, plus a 30% bonus, making it a highly competitive offer in the industry.
Job Description
This is a remote sales role that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. As an Enterprise Sales Director - FMCG, you will be responsible for breaking, retaining, and growing key enterprise clients in the DACH region. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to execute campaigns and collaborate with other departments to innovate and evolve SoPost's product and services.
You will need to travel occasionally within the DACH region to visit brand partners and attend industry events. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who can work independently from home and meet regularly with the Head of Brand Partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native-level German and fluent English language skills are essential.
- Proven experience in sales within the media, digital marketing, advertising, or tech industry, preferably with multiple years of experience.
- Experience selling to and managing large portfolio businesses, such as Unilever, P&G, or Nestlé.
- Proven track record of prospecting and winning business from retained and new accounts.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience working in the DACH region and building strong client relationships.
- Strategic, consultative sales approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong IT literacy, with proficiency in Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.
- Experience working with CRM software, such as Hubspot or Salesforce, is a plus.
