About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Expert to join our team at Cloudflight. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in solution or consultative sales. You will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles from start to finish, leveraging your expertise to craft compelling sales stories that create value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish, including conducting sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
  • BUILD AND MANAGE LONG-TERM KEY RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE AT ALL LEVELS OF DECISION-MAKING TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS
  • PARTICIPATE IN THE CUSTOMER LEADERSHIP TEAM AND COORDINATE WITH SUPERVISOR & PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR MONTHLY REVENUE PLANNING AND REPORTING
  • COLLABORATE CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY TO IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS KEY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT IN CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales
  • A strong track record of successful revenue management and ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of your market and existing customers' challenges, enabling you to craft compelling sales stories
  • Experience in managing simultaneous exchanges with an array of stakeholders, internal and external
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 per year, plus benefits and performance-based bonuses.
