Director of Sales for FinTech and RegTech Success Story

As we continue to grow across North America, Europe, and Asia, we're seeking an exceptional Director of Sales to spearhead business development for our region.
About the RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our high-performing team and contribute to our overall growth objectives. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for generating new business and exceeding revenue targets by acquiring new clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or surpass sales/revenue targets by acquiring new clients to support the company's growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the market, targeting mid-to-large-sized companies across diverse sectors.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to deliver tailored solutions that address their needs and enhance cost efficiency.
- Negotiate legal and financial agreements, such as NDAs and MSAs.
- Foster collaboration with our Demand Generation and Marketing teams to create and implement structured prospecting plans, leveraging software solutions and consulting services to drive business growth.
- 6+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.
- Strong sales experience working with complex customers and segments of their business, including C-level executives.
- Experience selling to banking customers across the DACH region, specifically Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, UniCredit, DZ Bank, KfW, Erste Group, and Raiffeisenbank International.

Our estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
