Sales Director EMEAI Live Entertainment Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Develop and manage all sales activities in the Live Entertainment, Broadcast, and Corporate segments.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify, acquire, and maintain new customers while advising and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Regional Expansion: Strategically expand the EMEAI sales region into new segments.
  • Team Management: Manage, coach, and expand the international sales team.
  • Market Observation: Promote the development of customer relationships and continuous market observation.
  • Sales Strategies: Introduce and implement sales control mechanisms and develop customer-oriented sales strategies.

Professional Requirements:

  • Education: Successfully completed studies in business administration, sales management, or commercial training with relevant further qualifications in sales.
  • Experience: Several years of sales experience in live entertainment, broadcast, and corporate sectors.
  • Sales Professional: Full-blooded sales professional with a pronounced 'hunter mentality'.
  • Key Contacts: Proven success and relevant long-standing contacts with key players in these segments.
  • Technical Skills: Confident handling of MS Office and ERP system, preferably SAP.
  • Personal Qualities: Authentic, eloquent demeanour and strong sales management skills.
  • Soft Skills: High service orientation, commitment, an appreciative management style, an agile mindset, and necessary pragmatism.
