Director Customer Expansion Lead

A strategic leader sought by ATOSS Software AG to spearhead customer expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will drive ARR and net revenue retention while collaborating with marketing, sales, customer service, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Workforce Management and ATOSS products.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers to effectively manage and grow key accounts.
  • Implement scalable strategic plans to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to understand evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in high-performing B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of enterprise software solutions.
  • Strategic thinking and management planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of revenue growth through upselling and expanding the customer base.
