About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at AB Enzymes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving and managing the growth of food enzymes sales within Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive account planning and sales analysis strategies to maximize opportunities in the market and drive sales growth.
- Identify, create, quantify, and prioritize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and deliver key performance metrics with key accounts.
- Build and maintain sustainable long-term relationships with customers based on multi-level contacts.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to execution.
- Deliver high accuracy in sales forecasting and collaborate closely with our global Key Account team and other internal partners to manage daily relationships with customers.
- Attend trade shows and industry conferences to develop contacts, ascertain industry trends, and promote AB Enzymes' products.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with significant in-depth knowledge and experience from the fruit processing, protein, and/or grain processing industry, preferably in commercial roles. A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, and/or Biotechnology is highly desirable, but not essential. You should have technical knowledge about food processing procedures, formulas, and ingredients, as well as demonstrable business acumen enabling you to conceptualize, determine, and identify prospects' growth, strategic importance, and future potential.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and oral German and English.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- High level of interpersonal impact, communication, and influencing skills to build constructive relationships at all levels.
- Collaborative team player and co-worker who builds positive relationships both within and outside the organization.
- Attentive to detail while remaining focused on the primary objective.
- Willingness and capability to travel throughout the EMEA region.
- Knowledge, experience, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as other business software.
