Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Als Senior Sales Development Representative wirst du verantwortlich für die Überzeugung und Gewinnung von namhaften Enterprise-Kunden in Deutschland für unsere Cloud-basierte Meeting-Management-Lösung.
  • Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Erstellung und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, die Identifizierung von Geschäftschancen und die Entwicklung von Strategien zur Kundenakquise.
  • Du wirst eng mit dem Team zusammenarbeiten, um den Sales-Zyklus zu verbessern, einschließlich der Optimierung der Lead-Generierung, der Pipeline-Erstellung und der Conversion-Rate.
  • Deine Erfahrung im B2B-Bereich, insbesondere im IT- und SaaS-Sektor, wird dir dabei helfen, unsere Lösung erfolgreich zu verkaufen.
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen
  • Ein starkes Netzwerk und eine Fähigkeit, eigene Leads zu generieren und diese zu einem Deal umzuwandeln.
  • Ein Talent, auf allen Ebenen effektiv zu kommunizieren, zu präsentieren und Einfluss zu nehmen.
  • Selbstorganisierende Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Ziele zu setzen und diese beharrlich zu verfolgen.
  • Ein starkes Interesse an neuen Technologien und der Fähigkeit, sich schnell an neue Herausforderungen anzupassen.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprach-Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
