We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at EPS Global. As a leading distributor of specialized IT components, we pride ourselves on our expertise and ability to provide customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of our business. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our client base within the German, Austrian, and Swiss service provider and reseller markets, among others across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and provide detailed information and demonstrations of our switches and routers to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and work closely with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends, and achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with the service provider markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and experience with other European markets is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, and additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a passion for achieving sales goals.
