The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to execute our wholesale and retail sales strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with independent bike retailers in the Frankfurt area, Germany, and persuade them to stock our beautifully designed bikes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a list of prospective independent bike retail partners in the Frankfurt area.
  • Prospect independent bike retailers through cold calling, email outreach, and physical store visits to qualify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partners, overcoming objections and challenges.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of outstanding sales performance, 3-5 years of field sales experience, and professional working proficiency in English and German. You should be driven, a great communicator, and a gifted relationship-builder with a strong interest in cycling and e-mobility.
