Your Field

  • Identification and strategic selection of national and international competitive tenders and business opportunities
  • Market analysis and development of targeted business strategies and growth plans
  • Research and selection of VgV procedures in the common tendering platforms and business development tools
  • Checking and compiling documents for acquisition inquiries and business development initiatives
  • Selection and support of project participants (project managers, specialist planners, external service providers) and business partners
  • Quality management and further development of application documents and business processes
  • Support in maintaining strategic partnerships and business relationships

Your Skills

  • Successfully completed studies in international business management, project management, marketing, communication, construction or a comparable qualification
  • Creativity and constant innovative and future-oriented thinking and action
  • Motivation, commitment and accuracy
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Professional and engaging demeanor, persuasiveness and assertiveness, strong negotiating skills
  • Mobility, flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Routine in dealing with MS Office products
  • Very good German language skills, good English language skills an advantage
