Business Development Specialist

We are a pioneering company in the collaborative commerce space, empowering modern Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands to expand beyond traditional platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, and Amazon.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the development of our collaborative commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DTC brands, partners, and investors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business development strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including partnerships, marketing strategies, and KPI dashboards.
- Support the development of our collaborative commerce platform, including internationalization strategies and equity & debt financing.
- Participate in strategy workshops with our founding team and investors to drive business growth and innovation.
- Completed at least the 4th semester of your Bachelor studies in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and relevant practical work experience in related industries.
- Geographic mobility and ability to join our team full-time for a minimum of 3-6 months in Germany.
- Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to blend quantitative analysis with effective presentation skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German to interact with our client base and maintain our team atmosphere.
- Ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teamwork skills and enjoy ongoing direct contact with people.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, a high interest in the startup or consulting industry, and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
