Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and execute go-to-market distribution models, marketing strategies, and KPI dashboards
  • Support the implementation of internationalization strategies, equity and debt financing, and recruiting initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in strategy workshops with the founding team and investors
Requirements
  • Completed at least the 4th semester of your Bachelor studies in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong academic record and relevant practical work experience in related industries
  • Geographic mobility and ability to join the company full-time for a minimum of 3-6 months
  • Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to blend quantitative analysis with effective presentation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high interest in the startup or consulting industry, and willingness to get hands dirty
  • Flexibility, endurance, and speed in high-pressure situations
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
