Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team at TeamViewer. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our global operations team by leading independent projects, creating ad-hoc reports, and implementing strategic CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead independent projects to support our global operations team
  • Create ad-hoc reports and track initiatives to aid team effectiveness
  • Implement strategic CRM initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and deliver trainings for our global sales teams
  • Generate content and document processes for our knowledge base hub

Requirements

  • Enrolled Student with a focus on business, economics, sales, data analysis, project management or a similar degree course
  • Motivated to improve sales processes and make the sales team even more successful
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to understand how business needs connect with CRM tools
  • Enjoy working with others from different departments like Marketing and Sales
  • Good at communicating and aware of global perspectives, important for this worldwide role
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
  • The internship must be a mandatory component of your studies and should span at least 4 months, with an ideal duration of 6 months
