Marketing Operations Intern

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to join our team at Celonis. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will play a key role in introducing and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for our production teams.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to develop and maintain a detailed and accurate production data tracking system.
  • Assist in generating reports that reflect current production metrics.
  • Monitor the day-to-day health of our production engine by ensuring that processes are operating smoothly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Contribute to exciting team initiatives focused on launching new tools and systems to further automate the production process.

The Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are highly organized and have experience managing projects.
  • You are ideally familiar with project management software and tools.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and have a good understanding of the production lifecycle.
  • You are reliable, trustworthy, and can operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • You demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • You are a fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • You are fluent in English.
