Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Customer Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication, presentations, and negotiations.

Offer Development and Pricing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical and commercial offers, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery.

Sales Performance and Reporting

Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Process Improvement

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with prior knowledge of hardware products.

Language

Excellent written and spoken English skills, with German language proficiency a plus.

Travel

Willingness to travel regularly within the sales region, with a full-time work permit for Germany.
