Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish partnerships with independent merchants and D2C brands to offer a prime-like experience to their customers.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with identified merchants to ensure seamless delivery services.
  • Analyze fulfillment performance data to set profitable business terms and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Make informed business decisions by leveraging data to support intuition.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a field sales position.
  • Natural ability to hunt and close deals, with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with numbers to secure win-win deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high energy and drive.
  • Fluency in German and English.
