We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join Alteos GmbH as a Sales and Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, showcasing our insurance solutions to customers, and participating in marketing events to attract and retain clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance partnerships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct customer meetings independently and convert them into successful partnerships
  • Attend trade shows and explore innovative ways to acquire and retain customers
  • Manage partnerships effectively using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with our Sales Team for support and guidance
Your Profile
  • Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong organizational skills and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and conversational in English
