About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Rapid Data GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
