Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing support for marketing-related projects and events.

Qualifications
  • A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent is required, with a background in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and a focus on continuous improvement are essential.
  • You will be working in a diverse team and across international boundaries, so effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required.
