Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Arhis HR Solutions. As a Team Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Funds team with various tasks, including:
- Preparing correspondence for clients and other parties, and managing various administrative tasks (document compilation, version comparison, formatting and converting documents, creating, tracking, and closing client files in internal systems, collecting necessary KYC documentation).
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings for two partners.
- Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and managing emails.
- Organizing travel and meetings.
- Drafting and formatting various legal documents.
- Providing day-to-day assistance to the team and three partners.
- Managing and archiving legal documentation, as well as maintaining the database.
- Assisting the Knowledge Management (KM) team in creating and formatting templates, presentations, brochures, and pitches.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in administration.
- Motivation and interest in the legal field are more important than experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and French; knowledge of German is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and solid IT proficiency.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
