About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Avomind. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers in the German and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers through regular communication and meetings.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement sales goals, plans, and forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and develop customized logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the logistics industry and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales development and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
