Sales Development Representative

We are partnering with a global market research and marketing agency to find a talented Sales Development Representative to join their growing sales team in Germany. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement, offering the perfect blend of office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Establish new customer relationships through networking and lead sourcing activities, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify potential opportunities and provide relevant insights to support the sales process.
- Monitor and record sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Present to and consult with clients to drive business growth.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- With experience, negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Business or a related field.
- Some experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Experience in business development, telesales, inside sales, outbound call centers, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support is highly desirable.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong interest in market research and marketing.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
