About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at IU Internationale Hochschule. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our customers' needs and pain points

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
