About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at IU Internationale Hochschule. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our customers' needs and pain points
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
