Your Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the successful execution of large Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Solar projects in Europe, with a focus on Germany. Your expertise will ensure that all aspects of the project are managed efficiently, from performance and financial metrics to planning, schedule, safety, and quality.

Your Team Leadership Skills

  • Manage and lead large teams of international, multi-discipline professionals
  • Coordinate and integrate the activities associated with engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Act as the primary BELECTRIC contact for the client, providing routine updates and ensuring effective communication between the client's team and internal BELECTRIC management and stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, e.g., Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar project or construction management
  • Work experience in a related field, preferably within the renewables energy sector
  • Advanced knowledge and application of Project Management Methods and Processes
  • Basic knowledge of finance and ability to act with limited supervision in the processing of finance-related information
  • Experience in managing internal and external project stakeholders
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-driven, focused, results-oriented, and quality-focused, with excellent presentation skills and intercultural competence
