Renewable Energy Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal and Business Development Manager to join our team at Renewables Academy (RENAC) AG. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading the proposal and business development process, identifying business opportunities, and developing and submitting proposals to secure funding for our renewable energy projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, proposal writing, and project management, with a proven track record of success in securing funding for renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with relevant tender processes and regulations, as well as market trends in renewable energies and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal and business development process, including planning, writing, and budgeting for renewable energy capacity building projects.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities in project tenders specifically related to renewable energies.
- Develop and submit proposals to secure funding for renewable energy projects.
- Collaborate with technical departments during all stages of project development.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant tender processes and regulations, as well as market trends in renewable energies and energy efficiency.
Requirements
- University degree in a related field (engineering, business, etc.) preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, proposal writing, and project management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
