Renewable Energy Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal and Business Development Manager to join our team at Renewables Academy (RENAC) AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the business development and proposal process, identifying business opportunities, and developing and submitting proposals to secure funding for our renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the renewable energy sector, including project tenders and grant proposals.
- Proposal Development: Lead the development of proposals, including planning, writing, and budgeting, to secure funding for our renewable energy projects.
- Tender Management: Manage the tender process from start to finish, including application, evaluation, and award.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with relevant market trends, regulations, and technologies in the renewable energy sector.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of business development and sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Representation: Represent RENAC at public and private events to promote our brand and services.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, proposal writing, and tender management in the renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy market, including technologies, regulations, and market trends.
- Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Education: University degree in a related field, such as engineering, business, or environmental science.
