Technical Customer Success Expert

Your Role
As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical consulting to the Customer Success team and ensuring a smooth operation for the operational departments in regards to technical requests and subjects addressed by customers.
You will achieve your targets by:
- Enhancing the efficiency of customer requests processing by providing technical expertise in customer meetings and supporting the team.
- Ensuring a timely response in case of an incident and acting as the main source of support for the Incident Manager.
- Ensuring efficient communication with our customers, measurable through the internal system (e.g. response time, resolution time and further KPIs).
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or alternatively Master Electrician/Cooling or Master Technician with main focus on electrical systems and equipment.
- Min. 5 years of work experience in Service Support in the Data Center industry with deep technical systems knowledge.
- Fluent in business and technical English and German.
- Expert in technical data center operations (e.g. maintenance, repairs, processes, systems).
- Skilled in data center industry knowledge.
- Proven Teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persistent to solve the customer request/problem.
