Your Role

As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise to the Customer Success team, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical consulting and support to the team, ensuring that customer requests are processed efficiently and effectively.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Support in the Data Center industry
  • Fluent in business and technical English and German
  • Expertise in technical data center operations, including maintenance, repairs, and processes
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Persistent and solution-focused
