Dynata is seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our international business team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by introducing our cutting-edge data, services, and technology to prospects and re-engaging lapsed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing a new business strategy and achieving annual sales targets
  • Identifying, creating, and converting sales opportunities through cold calls, face-to-face visits, and diligent follow-up activity
  • Developing and expanding customer relationships through closing deals, up- and cross-selling, and managing customer expectations
  • Proactive and responsive day-to-day communication with clients and prospects
  • Handling incoming client requests and planning and tracking sales activities using the Company's CRM tool

Requirements:

  • Fluent communication skills in English and German
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Deep understanding of strategic and social selling principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in developing new business, preferably in the market research industry or corporate enterprises
