Job Title: Sales Director DACH, Food Ingredients

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Central Europe (DACH) Beverage Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing innovative sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Central Europe (DACH) Beverage Sales Team.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize margins and deliver revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities and generate profitable sales in both new and existing accounts.
  • Monitor and review customer sales activity and make strategy adjustments as needed.
  • Support the development of innovative Sales, Marketing, and Portfolio Strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Market Segment, Platform, and Marketing Managers to expand the business across all ingredient and focus platforms.
  • Attend industry events to enhance sales and marketing efforts and raise company awareness.
  • Present key performance reports, market analysis, and future projects to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in food technology or business administration.
  • Several years of experience in the B2B beverage, food, dairy, and ingredients business.
  • Knowledge and commercial contacts to the beverage and food market in DACH region.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and proven leadership capabilities.
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Strong customer service orientation and proven negotiation and technology skills.
  • Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
  • Excellent English and German.
