Order to Cash Roll-out Manager

The Roll-out Manager Order to Cash is responsible for driving the implementation of Intersnack's ONE template across all countries and organisations within the Intersnack Group. This involves leading the template's implementation within local organisations and supporting local implementation teams in the area of Order to Cash to deliver targeted Go-Live dates.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver the implementation work in the area of Order to Cash across the Intersnack Group.
- Drive the ONE template implementation across the group in line with the overall roll-out plan.
- Support local implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner, maintaining the delivery scope and budget.
- Socialise and defend the strategic aspects of the ONE template to avoid local deviations to either process or system standards.
- Quickly flag and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 8 to 12 years of work experience in IT or (In-house) Consulting, with FMCG (ideally food) experience being a plus. A university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience, is required. Project Management qualifications, such as PMI or PRINCE2, would be desirable.
Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in international template rollout projects for or in Order to Cash related topics.
- Thorough understanding of Order to Cash processes.
- Experience with business transformation and change management.
- Experience working at a multi-country organisation, ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Positive 'can do' approach.
- Self-starter with an ambition to get things done.
- Strong result orientation.
- Good facilitation and communication skills.
- Leadership of projects/project teams consisting of internal resources and/or consultants.
