Roll-out Manager Order to Cash

The Roll-out Manager Order to Cash is a key position within the Project One team, responsible for driving the implementation of Intersnack's ONE template across all countries and organizations within the group. This role requires a strong understanding of Order to Cash processes and experience in leading international template rollout projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver the implementation work in the area of Order to Cash across the Intersnack Group, ensuring a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Support local implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner, maintaining the delivery scope and budget.
- Drive the creation of Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template within the local organization.
- Enable key resources within the local organization to support implementation of the ONE template.
- Guide local experts, including IT specialists, to develop a solid basis for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring both central and local policies for IT governance are embedded and supported.
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience.
- Approx. 8 to 12 years of work experience in IT or (In-house) Consulting, FMCG (ideally food) experience is a plus.
- Project Management qualifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) would be desirable.
- Proven experience in international template rollout projects for or in Order to Cash related topics.
- Thorough understanding of Order to Cash processes.
- Experience with business transformation/change management.
- Experience working at a multi-country organization, ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
