Position Overview
The role of the Order to Cash Roll-out Manager is pivotal in the Project One initiative, which aims to innovate operational methodologies across the Intersnack group by standardizing business processes supported by a unified IT solution framework. This project involves a diverse team of over 100 professionals from more than 20 nationalities, all working towards a common objective. The individual in this role will be responsible for championing the application of Intersnack's ONE template, which encompasses business processes and the enabling Infor-based IT solutions, across all regions and entities within the Intersnack Group.
The Order to Cash Roll-out Manager collaborates with a team of Roll-out Managers to oversee the implementation of the template within local organizations, providing essential support to local teams to ensure the achievement of designated Go-Live timelines. Acting as a representative of the central roll-out organization, this role facilitates the resolution of challenges between country-specific implementation teams and Group Process Owners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the implementation initiatives in the Order to Cash domain throughout the Intersnack Group. Within this framework:
- Steer the implementation of the ONE template in alignment with the overarching roll-out strategy, ensuring that countries and organizations transition to the established operational standards.
- Assist local teams in the realization of the ONE template, driving harmonization efforts in accordance with the template's established guidelines.
- Guide local teams in transitioning from existing operational practices to the future standardized processes, including new roles and responsibilities.
- Support local implementation teams to achieve timely Go-Live outcomes while adhering to the defined scope and budget.
- Advocate for the strategic components of the Order to Cash aspects of the ONE template to prevent local deviations from process or system standards.
- Proactively identify and address local challenges to ensure a seamless transition to the live operational environment.
- Facilitate the development of Functional Specifications from a business perspective to bridge gaps in the application of the ONE template within local contexts.
- Empower key personnel within local organizations to support the implementation of the ONE template.
- Mentor local experts, including IT professionals, to establish a robust foundation for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring compliance with both central and local IT governance policies.
- Document all activities in accordance with project-defined standards, utilizing tools such as JIRA and SharePoint for action tracking, document updates, and workload management.
Scope of Authority
The individual in this position will define, implement, and continuously enhance the realization approach in accordance with the overall program guidelines and in collaboration with Group Process Owners, thereby fulfilling the program's objectives.
Education and Experience
A university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required.
Approximately 8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT or (In-house) Consulting, with a preference for experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in food.
Qualifications
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are desirable.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrated experience in international template roll-out projects related to Order to Cash.
- Comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash processes.
- Experience in business transformation and change management.
- Experience working within a multi-country organization, preferably in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods sector.
- Proactive and positive approach to challenges.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.
- Leadership experience in managing projects or project teams comprising internal resources and/or consultants.
Technical Skills
- Experience in leading the implementation of business processes in Customer Service, Supply Chain (Warehousing, Transportation), and Account Receivables.
- Proven ability to write Functional Specifications.
- Experience in software/module/component testing.
- Consultative approach to encourage collaboration among colleagues without direct authority.
- Experience in managing Business Process and organizational change.
- Natural training capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages spoken within Intersnack is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in leading and implementing organizational change.
