About the Role

The Project One Roll-out Manager Idea to Market is a key position within the Intersnack Group, responsible for driving the implementation of the ONE template across all countries and organizations. This involves leading and delivering the implementation work in the area of Idea to Market, ensuring a smooth transition to the live environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the ONE template implementation across the group, in line with the overall roll-out plan, and ensure countries and organizations transition to defined ways of working.
  • Support local implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner, maintaining delivery scope and budget.
  • Socialize and defend Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management-related aspects of the ONE template to avoid local deviations.
  • Quickly flag and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
  • Drive the creation of Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template.
  • Enable key resources within local organizations to support implementation of the ONE template.
  • Guide local experts to develop a solid basis for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring central and local policies for IT governance are embedded and supported.

Requirements

  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience.
  • Approx. 5 to 8 years of work experience in IT or (In-house) Consulting, with FMCG (ideally food) experience being a must.
  • Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) would be desirable.
  • Proven experience in international template build and rollout projects for or in Idea to Market related topics.
  • Knowledge in Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management process execution in a producing company.
  • Experience with business transformation/change management.
  • Experience working at a multi-country organization, ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
