Position Overview
The role of the Order to Cash Roll-out Manager is pivotal in the ongoing Project One initiative, which aims to standardize business operations across the Intersnack group through a unified IT solution framework. This position is integral to a diverse team of over 100 professionals from various nationalities, all working towards the common goal of enhancing operational efficiency.
The primary responsibility of the Roll-out Manager is to oversee the deployment of Intersnack's ONE template, which encompasses business processes and the Infor-based IT solution, ensuring its effective application across all regions and divisions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the ONE template within the Order to Cash domain across the Intersnack Group, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline.
- Assist local teams in adapting to the ONE template, driving harmonization efforts while adhering to established standards.
- Facilitate the transition of local teams from existing processes to the new standardized methods, including redefining roles and responsibilities.
- Support local implementation teams to achieve timely Go-Live milestones while maintaining project scope and budget.
- Advocate for the strategic importance of Order to Cash processes, ensuring compliance with the ONE template to prevent deviations.
- Proactively identify and resolve local challenges to ensure a seamless transition to operational status.
- Develop Functional Specifications from a business perspective to address any gaps in the application of the ONE template.
- Empower key personnel within local organizations to facilitate the implementation of the ONE template.
- Guide local experts, including IT professionals, to establish a robust foundation for ongoing operations, ensuring adherence to both central and local IT governance policies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with project standards, utilizing tools such as JIRA and SharePoint for action tracking and workload management.
Scope of Authority
The Roll-out Manager will define and refine the implementation approach in alignment with the program's overarching guidelines, in collaboration with Group Process Owners, to achieve the program's objectives.
Qualifications
A university degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration is required. Candidates should possess approximately 8 to 12 years of experience in IT or consulting, with a preference for backgrounds in the FMCG sector, particularly food.
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated experience in international rollout projects focused on Order to Cash processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash workflows.
- Experience in business transformation and change management.
- Background in multi-country organizations, preferably within the Food or FMCG industries.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead project teams comprising both internal staff and external consultants.
Travel Requirements
This position requires a willingness to travel, with an expected travel commitment of approximately four days per week.
