Intersnack Roll-out Manager

The Roll-out Manager Source to Pay is a key position within the Project One team, responsible for driving the implementation of Intersnack's ONE template across all countries and organizations within the group. This involves leading and delivering the implementation work in the area of Source to Pay, ensuring a smooth transition to the live environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the ONE template implementation across the group, in line with the overall roll-out plan, to get countries and organizations transitioned to defined ways of working.
- Support local implementation of the ONE template, leading and driving the delivery of harmonization activities applying the template's standards.
- Support and enable local teams to transition from current ways of working and organizational setup to future common way of working and resulting organizational setup in the purchasing area, including new roles and responsibilities.
- Support local implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner, maintaining delivery scope and budget.
- Socialize and defend strategic and operational purchasing-related aspects of the ONE template to avoid local deviation to either process or system standards.
- Quickly flag and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Drive the creation of Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template within the local organization.
- Enable key resources within the local organization to support implementation of the ONE template.
- Guide local experts, including IT specialists, to develop a solid basis for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring both central and local policies for IT governance are embedded and supported.
- Document all work to project-defined standards within standard document templates and use tools such as JIRA and SharePoint to monitor actions, update documents, and manage workload.
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience.
- Approx. 5 to 8 years of work experience in IT or (In-house) Consulting.
- FMCG (ideally food) experience is a plus.
- Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) would be desirable.
- Proven experience in international template build and rollout projects for or in quality-related topics.
- Leadership of projects/project teams consisting of internal resources and/or consultants.
- Thorough understanding of quality processes (Food safety, consumer complaints, etc.).
- Experience with business transformation/change management.
- Experience working at a multi-country organization, ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Positive 'can-do' approach.
- Self-starter with an ambition to get things done.
- Strong result orientation.
- Good facilitation and communication skills.
