Position Overview
The role of the Order to Cash Roll-out Manager is pivotal in steering the implementation of Intersnack's unified operational framework across diverse regions. This position is integral to Project One, which aims to standardize business methodologies supported by a cohesive IT infrastructure. A diverse team of over 100 professionals from various nationalities collaborates to achieve this ambitious objective.
The incumbent will be responsible for advocating the ONE template, which encompasses both business workflows and the Infor-based IT solutions, ensuring its effective application throughout all Intersnack entities.
Key Responsibilities
The Order to Cash Roll-out Manager will:
- Facilitate the deployment of the ONE template in alignment with the comprehensive roll-out strategy, ensuring a seamless transition for all involved countries and organizations.
- Assist local teams in realizing the ONE template, promoting the delivery of harmonization initiatives while adhering to established standards.
- Guide local teams through the transition from existing operational practices to the newly defined methodologies, including the establishment of new roles and responsibilities.
- Support local implementation teams to achieve timely Go-Live milestones while maintaining the defined scope and budgetary constraints.
- Advocate for the strategic components of the Order to Cash processes to prevent deviations from the prescribed standards.
- Promptly identify and address local challenges to ensure a smooth transition to operational status.
- Lead the development of Functional Specifications from a business standpoint to bridge any gaps in the application of the ONE template.
- Empower key personnel within local organizations to facilitate the implementation of the ONE template.
- Collaborate with local experts, including IT professionals, to establish a robust foundation for ongoing operations, ensuring compliance with both central and local IT governance policies.
- Document all activities in accordance with project-defined standards, utilizing tools such as JIRA and SharePoint for action tracking and workload management.
Scope of Authority
The individual in this role will define, implement, and continuously refine the realization approach in accordance with the overarching program guidelines and in collaboration with Group Process Owners, thereby contributing to the program's overall objectives.
Qualifications
A university degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration is required. Candidates should possess approximately 8 to 12 years of experience in IT or consulting, with a preference for those with a background in the FMCG sector, particularly food.

- Demonstrated experience in international roll-out projects related to Order to Cash.
- Comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash workflows.
- Proficiency in business transformation and change management.
- Experience in multi-country organizations, preferably within the Food or FMCG industries.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead project teams comprising both internal staff and external consultants.
Travel Requirements
This position requires a willingness to travel, with an expected travel commitment of approximately four days per week.
