Job Description

The ESL Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving quarterly/annual targets. Key responsibilities include acquiring new customers and projects, gaining trading partners, and increasing market share for the product/sales area.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to support subtasks of larger customer projects.
  • Independently process sub-projects, prepare presentations, track tasks, and monitor customer processes.
  • Prepare for trade fairs, meetings, customer visits, and roll-outs, ensuring timely follow-up and preparation.
  • Update CRM tool entries and monitor the competition by collecting market information on prices, products, and technical innovations.
  • Adjust sales presentations based on customer type, requirements, and project specifics.
  • Manage customer master data, including registration, NDA, and contract preparation.
  • Solve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.

Your Qualifications

  • Commercial training or studies, with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Pragmatic work approach, diplomatic skills, independence, self-confidence, open-mindedness, and linguistic abilities.
  • Reliability, flexibility, transparency, hard work, and effective communication and motivation skills.
  • Motivation to learn, grow quickly, and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Business fluency in German and English, with knowledge of a third language a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
