About the Role

The ESL Project Manager will play a crucial part in achieving the sales manager's goals, focusing on quarterly and annual targets, acquiring new customers and projects, and expanding the company's market share.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors on daily tasks and support in larger customer projects.
  • Independently process sub-projects, prepare presentations, track tasks, and monitor customer processes.
  • Prepare for trade fairs, meetings, customer visits, and other events.
  • Update CRM tool entries and monitor the competition.
  • Adjust sales presentations based on customer type and requirements.
  • Manage customer master data, including registration, NDA, and contract preparation.
  • Solve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.

Your Qualifications

  • Commercial training or studies, with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Pragmatic work style, diplomatic skills, independence, self-confidence, and language proficiency.
  • Reliability, flexibility, transparency, and strong communication and motivation skills.
  • Business fluency in German and English, with knowledge of a third language a plus.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
