About the Role

The ESL Project Manager at SOLUM Europe GmbH is a key position that plays a crucial role in achieving the company's sales targets and expanding its customer base. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and increasing market share for our Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) technology.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Directors to provide support in subtasks of larger customer projects.
  • Independently process sub-projects, prepare presentations, track tasks, monitor customer processes, and implement internal conditions.
  • Prepare for trade fairs, meetings, customer visits, and other events that require follow-up and preparation.
  • Update entries in the CRM tool to ensure accurate customer data.
  • Monitor the competition by collecting current market information on prices, products, new product delivery dates, technical innovations, and more.
  • Adjust sales presentations based on customer type, requirements, and project specifics.
  • Manage customer master data, including customer registration, NDA preparation, and contract content.
  • Solve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Your Qualifications

  • Commercial training or studies, with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • A pragmatic approach, diplomatic skills, independence, self-confidence, open-mindedness, simplicity, linguistic ability, perseverance, quick thinking, patience, people skills, a go-getter attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
  • Reliability, flexibility, transparency, hard work, effective communication, and motivation for sales.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow quickly, and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Business fluency in both German and English, with knowledge of a third language a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
