Job Title: ESL Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESL Project Manager to join our team at SOLUM Europe GmbH. As an ESL Project Manager, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding quarterly/annual targets and acquiring new customers and projects per quarter.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to provide support in subtasks of larger customer projects.
  • Independently process sub-projects, prepare presentations, track tasks, monitor customer processes, and implement internal conditions.
  • Prepare trade fairs, meetings, customer visits, telcos, and roll-outs topics that need to be followed up and prepared.
  • Update entries in the CRM tool.
  • Monitor the competition by collecting current market information on prices, products, new product delivery dates, technical innovations, etc.
  • Adjust the content of sales presentations by examining the type of customer, its requirements, and/or the project.
  • Manage customer master data: customer registration, NDA, preparation of contract content.
  • Solve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Your Qualifications:

  • Commercial training, studies, at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Pragmatic way of working, diplomatic skills, independent, self-confident, open-minded, uncomplicated, linguistically gifted, persevering, quick-witted, patient, people-related, go-getter attitude, willingness to work.
  • Reliable, flexible, transparent, hardworking, good communicator and motivator for sales.
  • Motivated to learn a lot, grow quickly, and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Business fluent in German and English. Knowledge in a third language is a plus.
  • IT skills: Microsoft Office.
