Job Responsibilities

As a Founders Associate intern, you will support our founding team with both operational and strategic initiatives. Your key tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with customers to understand their goals, needs, and use cases
  • Establishing relationships with leading software providers and expanding our partner network
  • Planning and monitoring progress, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and maintaining open communication with partners to guarantee client success
  • Working closely with our product team to enhance and evolve our product offerings
  • Managing your own projects across various areas
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager, or customer success manager in the IT industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport with others
  • A self-starter mentality, with a high level of ownership and a can-do attitude
  • A strong passion for enterprise software and SaaS solutions
  • A keen interest in new technologies and a desire to work with customers to solve complex IT decision-making challenges
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent business communication skills
  • A customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
